SOUTH COCHRANE ADDICTIONS SERVICES
6 Month Contract with the Possibility of Extension
South Cochrane Addictions Services is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (North East Local Integration Network) to provide community-based substance abuse and gambling treatment services to the residents of the South Cochrane district.
- College level Business/Office Administration with Accounting
- Minimum three years of experience in Administrative duties
- Knowledge in the field of addictions is considered an asset
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement
Performs secretarial, receptionist, bookkeeping, payroll and administrative assistant duties for South Cochrane Addictions Services: assesses incoming correspondence and telephone calls for priority attention, maintains computer and manual files, types reports, assumes payroll duties, takes responsibility for payables and receivables, acts as secretary to the board of directors, assists the director with administrative duties.
