Swiss Chalet / Harvey’s is looking for a Front-End Associate / Keyholder to join our team. If you are energetic, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:
• Food Handler & Smart Serve Certification required
• 1–2 years of restaurant experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Cash handling experience
• Knowledge of food safety and health standards
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation required for closing shifts

Responsibilities:
• Take customer orders accurately
• Process cash, debit, and credit transactions
• Manage and maintain the garnish station
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Follow food safety procedures
• Assist with store closing duties
