Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Civil/Structural Technologist/Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/structural engineering technology, experience with AutoCAD, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with complete engineering design for industrial projects.

- Design/draft/model structural steel, foundations, pile systems and building systems.

- Assist with the design of building and piping systems.

- Interpret and understand vendor drawings and documentation.

- Conduct site visits (approximately 5% of the time).

Qualifications:

- Diploma in civil or structural engineering technology.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit/Advance Steel/Inventor is an asset.

- Bilingual French-speaking and writing skills are an asset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Basic knowledge of Construction/Manufacturing Practices.

- Good understanding of Building Codes.
