Must have knowledge in sewer and watermain work.

Individual must possess knowledge in:
- interpreting plans
-ability to lead and instruct workers
-ability to plan for the work
-ability to organize daily chores and anticipate for the future works
-keep up to date records of work performed and time sheets
-ability to communicate with customers and crews
