Pay Rate: Salary starts at $3300.00 to $3600 per month based off experience, PLUS tips, (usually between
$2000 and $3000 for the term of employment) There is no deduction for room & board. Housing and meals
are provided.
Job Description: Your responsibilities will be to help provide the very best in customer service at a
renowned remote fly-in fishing lodge located in Northern Ontario. This a 9-week summer operation lasting
from May 18
th to July 28th, 2025. This position is a rotation schedule with three other dockhands. There is
scheduled time off in the afternoons and one day off every week. Workdays begin at 7:00AM. All the duties
listed below are daily tasks to be completed working as a dockhand at Kesagami Lodge.
Duties:
• Greet guests at the dock and deliver luggage to rooms.
• Park, clean and refuel boats.
• Cut and split firewood
• Groundskeeping and landscaping
• General maintenance on cabins and lodge rooms
• Load and unload planes.
• Assist with work projects around the lodge property.
Requirements and Qualifications:
All Staff: Submit a resume with references. Be able to lift 50lbs. Own steel toe boots and have a valid
boater’s license, CPR Certified. Complete a zoom or in person meeting. Work well with others and be a
good team player. 19 years of age minimum.
