James Toyota is currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. You must be a reliable individual and possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promptly meet and greet Parts customers in a friendly and courteous manner

• Offer appropriate advice on parts and accessories.

• Handle customer concerns tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern for the customer’s problem

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
• Make every reasonable effort to make the customer experience as pleasant as possible for the customer.

• Work directly with the service department to ensure parts are available for completion of work orders

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous automotive dealership experience would be an asset
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a very busy and high paced environment
