About Us:

Lot 88 Steakhouse in Timmins is looking for associates for our Grand Opening. The positions are for full time and part time.

The ideal candidate(s) will have a passion for genuine hospitality, food preparation and a strong understanding of restaurant operations.  

We are looking to hire the following positions at this time:
· Bartenders  

· Servers   

· Host/hostess   

· Expeditors   

· Line cooks  

  Duties    

 There will be a lot of different duties required by each individual but here are some key points:

· Ensure menu items are served in a timely manner 

· Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage 

· Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures 

· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards 

· Ability to multi-task in a casual dining setting 

· Demonstrate excellent customer service and team leadership skills 

· Effective communication with guests and associates, troubleshoot when necessary 

· POS control i.e. promotions, discounts, sales tracking and associate cash-outs 

· Uniform control and associate professional appearance adhered to 

· Walk-in and reservation flow maintained · Identify local marketing opportunities

Requirements
· Prior experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting
· Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills to effectively help guests & fellow associates
· Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
· Passion for the hospitality industry and meal execution

MUST HAVE:

· Food Handler's Certificate required 

· Smart Serve required
