What You’ll Do as an RV Service Advisor:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing RV maintenance or repairs.

• Schedule service appointments, manage work orders, and coordinate technician assignments.

• Communicate clearly with customers about services, estimates, timelines, and status updates.

• Ensure a smooth, positive experience by providing knowledgeable and friendly service.

• Manage parts orders and assist with warranty claim processing as required.

• Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Previous experience in the automotive, RV, or related service industry is an asset.

• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.
