As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, scheduling, and communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. License/Certification/Qualifications & Experience Preferred:

·         Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar supervisory role in the mechanical or    construction industry

·         Solid understanding of mechanical systems and construction practices

·         Valid Driver’s License

·         Strong leadership and organizational skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Knowledge of health and safety regulations

·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

·         Experience with project documentation and reporting

·         Rate of pay will be determined by your qualifications and experience.
