Expectations:

• Maintain the project schedule and deliverables for Project Managers and department managers on-site.
• Communicate key plans, risks, and address areas of concern with all stakeholders effectively.
• Work independently while receiving direction from multiple leadership roles.
• Prepare and provide all reporting requirements for various departments and the corporate head office.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across all departments, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a camp/rotational work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Must possess a strong background in construction.

Qualifications:

• EIT (Engineer-in-Training) or P.Eng (Professional Engineer) designation with scheduling expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily reports to the Operations Manager.
• Submit weekly updates and reports to the client.
• Regularly update and maintain project schedules.
• Oversee logistics and procurement processes.
• Handle client invoicing and ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and provide field supervision.

Schedule:

• 7/7  or 14/14 Rotation at Remote Camp
